⚠️ Enduring Powers of Attorney — Not currently available for Fiji

We are working to confirm whether EPA legislation exists in Fiji. Until this is confirmed, the EPA product is not available for Fiji clients. New Zealand EPAs are available separately if you have New Zealand assets or connections — see above.

Fiji wills are governed by the Wills Act [Cap 59] (Fiji). DYOdocs wills are prepared in compliance with the capacity and execution requirements of this Act, including correct Fiji signing and witnessing instructions.

  • Capacity: Minimum age 18 (Wills Act [Cap 59], s4)
  • Execution: In writing, signed by testator, acknowledged before 2 witnesses present simultaneously, witnesses sign in testator's presence (s6)
